Android Question Help required in setting up B4a including android SDK

Hi,

My PC met with disk failure and have got a new HDD fitted . Am running Windows 7 32-bit OS. I need to set up B4A again including the android sdk.

I have the latest licence version viz. b4a version 9.

Ps. help me with the steps.
