The HelpViewer (V0.93) is falling over with the following error:

An error occurred.
' ', hexadecimal value 0x01, is an invalid character. Line 2129, position 93.​

The status line says:

Crawling: http://www.b4x.com/android/files/dump_90d.gz​

Thank you for reporting it. It should now work properly (there was an illegal character in the XML feed).
