Android Question High Resolution Icon/Image Display Problem In ImageView

In Visual Designer, I am using an ImageView to load a high resolution icon file (500px) in smaller size (100 x 100) with "Fill" property. The result quality displayed was not as original display. Any advice on this?

Attached is the screen capture on the Samsung Galaxy Tab A. Actual image is at left. The image outline not smooth as the actual run on device.

If your image is vector type image save one version with 100x100.

This is how it looks here (it is completely smooth on the device):

It looks like antialiasing is disabled in your screenshot. It should be antialiased automatically.

here is the original icon file used in the programs. Previous copy was a screenshot.

It looks good on my device. It seems like antialiasing is disabled on your device. Try to test it with a different one.
