wifi connection only can reach about 10 meters long, did you mean to extend the wifi network area?

There are some WiFi solutions on the www how to use a standard Wifi router with a special beam radio antenna (two antennas which are aligned exactly to each other). 1-5 KM should be possible but not more. All other solutions will be too expensive.

There is a local wild life there.. It's politically incorrect to talk about what we have there.. will only rely on the capabilities of the proposed webserver and Android tablets..
A stand-alone solar-powered system is what we want to build.
