Android Question How to connect to Wifi

Hi Guys,

Could someone please tell me which current WORKING Wifi library I can use (please give a download link) to connect to a Wifi Network?
I tried some of them, but they are not working.

Also if you would be so kind as to give some sample code to connect and send data on the network, I would really appreciate it.
Please include neccesary manifest permissions etc.
