How to do a wrapper for a java package?

I have a java package for something special to work for android. I want this pk works with B4A but I dont know how can I do to convert this pkg into a B4A library.

There is a tutorial or something like that that aloow me to do this ?

Is for a cardreader plug to audio like Square. I get a product like square with a SDK for Andorid and i want to do a library for b4A. This is encripted too
