B4J Question How to make a small OS monitor app in company by B4J ???

We are a small company, have some Macbook, Linux PC,and PC, we need build a USB Monitor program,need these features:

1. make screenshot images every 10 seconds ( can use full-color or gray-color, how to implement?)
   
   
2. hidden the monitor app's process
   
   
3. Fobid to kill the monitor app process
   
   
4. Record all HTTP visited records.
   
   
5. Fobit some IP or URL visit.
   
   6. Fobid all USB port until open the monitor app input the correct Password.
   
   
   We need to monitor OS X(10.7-10.10) and Windows 7 (32bit & 64bit)

Please give some idea or code, thank big guy very much!

And, how to compress the full-color screenshot to high-compress JPG File?
and how to make it to gray-level-color image?

Image.WriteToStream creates a png file. You can use this small library to convert the image to jpg: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/save-canvas-in-jpg.42839/#post-286094

I don't think that there is any library available that can convert the image to greyscale image.
