Android Question how to make from these java code a library?

Here i attached my code ,
I know i have to add some import from basic4android, but i didn't understand how exactly i have to do that.
It involves java ME packages.
Please help me.

It doesn't look like Android APIs. javax.microedition.sensor is not an Android package.

thanks Erel. But how can i make library that can use accelerometer sensor.
I saw here some library but can you give me more documentation about PhoneSensor.
