Hello could you help me to read the latest incoming message in my phone when it notification

Hello Erel, it is SMS. I want to do an app on android that can read latest SMS when it arrive my phone immediately

It was simple in the past and more or less not possible now.

Only the default SMS app can intercept incoming SMS messages.

You can use notification listener to listen to all notifications.
