iOS Question how to using the key from xcode

Excuese me,
who know how to using the key(ent version）from xcode which my friend share to me?
he sent me a xxx.p12 and a xxx.mobileprovision file,seams that these two files is needed share key from diffent osx,so how can I using them in the b4i?by the way he sent me a cer file(but it is not gen from my csr file)

There is no easy way to do it. It will be easier to send your friend the csr file generated by the IDE and let him create the keys based on this csr file.
