Android Question how use count(*) and group by and ... in a query by ContentResolver on android 11

Hello
I need below query from call log by ContentResolver
How can i do it?

SQL: 
SELECT COUNT(*),* FROM Call_List GROUP BY Number HAVING COUNT(*) > 3 ORDER BY COUNT(*) DESC
