I would like to use the example of MQTT of EREL but I can not get it to connect locally I would like to communicate between 2 PCs and a tablet remotely, What free service can I use and how should I set server and client parameters?

I usually use this one for local tests: https://mosquitto.org/download/
Or an embedded broker: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/mqttbroker.61548/#content

The uri is then something like: tcp://127.0.0.1:51044

Start with B4J client. Once it works, implement the B4A client.
