I should have listened to my mother and became engineer or doctor !
I became an engineer - but found computer programming much more interesting.

I never had this "ambition" of becoming an engineer, so I stopped in level before that.
School level is "level 4 technician" , but i know enough of engineering, carpentry, mechanics, etc... A bit "jack of all trades"

I should add that I didn't regret my engineering background which enabled me to find a nice little niche that I was able to mine for a long time - as an interface between engineers who (at that stage - early 1970's) couldn't spell computer and the computer drones whose main refrain seemed to be NO - this ultimately morphed into full blooded work on CAD/CAM systems at the end of the 1970s.
