Android Question iBeaconParser class ,app working in backgroud also with device in standby

Hello, i have used this class to scan ibeacon with a raspberry rpi3+ as ibeacon withi this code :Code, It work fine but i will that the app work always in background also with device in standby. Can some one provide me suggestion or sample code ? I know that for work is necessary to activate the position service , is ther e the possibility to make that full programming mode ? thanks in advance.

I try with ibeaconparser class sample,i Will that work Always in background and activate bluetooth and position programmaticaly.Is there that possibility? Thanks in advances.
