Wish #if CSS for b4J (just like in B4Nano!)

I saw how, using the conditional compiling, @alwaysbusy, using B4Nano for Transpiling, managed to allow us to add CSS directly in code in the same way we would if we used a css file.
I now we can add all sorts of styles, I am aware of all the other methods available in B4J... But it would be nice to have this #if CSS thing directly Inthe IDE... It is very painfully to be jumping between apps/files just to change one line in a CSS file...

That's what we all use... But being able to add a simple css directly on the IDE... Would make somethings so much simpler
