Android Question Installing raccommended SDK

When I Install recommended sdk I have this error and in fact does not install anything

I have b4a 9,3v and java 8
Which is the error?

you'll need to start over. you can't put stuff in c:\program files (x86). the sdk goes in c:\android. i'm pretty sure this is mentioned on the b4a installation instructions. and where did you download the sdk from? from b4a's home page, i hope. (not google's sdk download page. you don't want that, god help us.)

I have clicked to Download SDK at the top right of the screen.
Then in this download there is a forder named "tools"
where should it be copied? In android forder?

I already have a tools folder; should i overwrite it?
