Please, how do i integrate mobile money services with networks like MTN and vodafone in my b4a app.

With MTN it is a REST API that can be found here https://momodeveloper.mtn.com/ - Here is a Sandbox as well that you can play/test with.

To call the API - look at this How to perform REST API Calls

I'm not sure about Vodafone
