iOS Question Ipa file, how to upload it to itunes store?

1.) what are the steps to upload something to the itunes store for beta testing? TestFlight beta testing

2.) where is the ipa file on the imac?

3.) how do I use the Application Uploader?

4.) I assume I have to use the mac to do all of this?

Build your app in Release mode (Tools - Build Server - Release). Then you can download it from the server with Tools - Build Server - Download last build. You can also get it from the Mac. It will be located under UploadedProjects/<user name>.

You will need to upload this IPA file.
