Android Question Is There a Way to Play Sound into an Active Phone Call?

Like the title says... is there any way to insert sounds INTO the existing, ongoing telephone call?

i.e. You're talking on the phone and want to play a clip that the other person can hear as part of the ongoing conversation?

No. You can play sound but not directly into the phone call channel.
