This package doesn't exist in Android. You cannot use it.

but you know a way to convert it to a jar file to include.

I practically wrote a whole section in java that works great What do you recommend for using the work already done?

Unlike the desktop Java SDK, these classes are missing from Android. Theoretically you can search for the source code and try to add it as an additional jar. It is unlikely to work.
