Well today i only have a working prototype. And it works really well.
The app could be freeware. The electronics is not that complex. I could sell it.
The tricky part is to drill holes into the kettle...
You need also to know how to solder copper pipes.

the whole lot !

Look amazing, also glad to see you adhering to the water, electricity thing in your kitchen

You can't see it but the whole system is totally grounded and protected by a 30mA differential breaker.

Do you mean the electronics or the whole stuf ?
The Whole stuff, most guys want to brew their own beer, my dad used to make wine and ferment it in the 'Hot Press' where the clothes gets aired, and many a white shirt got covered in red wine and made mum furious. If you designed your kit to be 'Plug and Play' I think you would be surprised at the amount of interest in it.

Seriously, how many other eBrewerys are out there like your ?

I know quite a lot of "ebrewery" :

They are all quite expensive, that's why I have decided to build my own.
From scratch it costed around 400€ (only raw material).

I don't know if there is such a big market ?

BTW, my dad used as well to make wine

When dad was making red wine he used to put a tea spoon of ribenna into the bottle before corking it, turn out to a lovely smooth wine, did'nt last very long was it was quite drinkable

Have searched on internet for "ribena" : we can't find this in France but seems to have a good reputation for children's health !

I am watching your all the time with all the stuff you make at home ...so much ideas and inovation starting from devices that for are mistery for most of us.
Thank you for sharing your work.
Wish to have the time to spend developing things that we love... do not need to sell your products ...the pleasure is creating the prototype.
