I was lucky enough to get invited to try the xCloud streaming from Microsoft.
I tried a game that was well beyond what my phone could run natively.
The quality of the graphics were far in excess of what I get on a skype video call for example.
The game played in 1920 x 1080 so was crisp and clear.
Playing CrackDown3 on my phone was impressive, there was tiny lag, but not enough to effect gameplay, and my brain seemed to compensate for it after a few seconds. I tried it over wi-fi, next I will try mobile data to see what that plays like (thank goodness for an unlimited data plan).
I think they are on to a winner with this.
