However, sometimes the edittexts in my app do not move up and are covered by the keyboard. Is it a bug of Android or B4A?

D dreamworld Active Member Licensed User Longtime User Sep 17, 2013 #7 No. when my finger touched the edittext, it got focus and the keyboard showed, covering the edittext. Normally, the OS should move the edittext up, letting user see the edittext. However, it did not after the activity resumed. Upvote 0

Erel B4X founder Staff member Licensed User Longtime User Sep 18, 2013 #11 One option is to use IME library and change the layout yourself. Try to add this line to the manifest editor: Code: Copy SetActivityAttribute(main, android:windowSoftInputMode, adjustPan|stateHidden) Upvote 0
