Android Question Keyboard suggestion turn off

Hi

Anyone tell me how to turn off keyboard remember/suggestions off ?
I have input box for password, when client write his/her password, in next time his/her password appear in keyboard suggestion!
I want solution programmatically not from keyboard settings.
