Android Question Label textcolor not accurate

Hi all, I have trying display a label in red color, i trying on 2 different device.

One of the device displaying the correct textcolor but another is displaying black color, any idea for this case?

Below have the correct and incorrect example, note that value is showing the color int.

Remove the custom theme and see if it still happens.

If I remove the custom theme, then I can't use the country picker library.

The theme is probably based on a theme of an old version of Android. You don't need any library to create such a picker. It is very simple to create a similar picker with B4XDialog and xCLV.
