Android Question Layout-changes not reliable executed?

It seems to me, that changes in layouts are sometimes not transferred to the app immediately, when I start code from IDE so as if the device would load some cache-version.
Is that true?
If yes: can I force the device, not to load from cache but take the actual version? (connected by usb-cable)

This is not expected.
Make sure that Auto Save is checked under Tools - IDE Options. Otherwise changes will not be applied unless you save the layout.
