Bug? Libraries manager

Hi,

when I run B4A (12.80 at the moment) the Libraries Manager tab is frozen, I see the Core library at the top and some of the others in alphabetical order but the scroll bar at the right is disabled.

If I want to check the version number of a specific library I have to load a project so I can scroll down to the bottom of the list.

Is it normal?

Yes. You can't add a reference to a library when there is no project.

But I can't check if there's an updated additional library either, like this:

If I want to search for updates in additional libraries whose names start down in alphabetical order I have to load a random project.

No worries, I can live with that.
