Library download number not visible

Hovering over a library doesn't now show the number of downloads if they are more than 99

And with long names the file extension is not visible either, even with the images the distinction is not OK.
And why do we need to hover over each file to see more information ?
Having one line, for each file, with all information at the same time would give a full overlook on all files without any manipulation to see more information.

XenForo seems to have good support for all kinds of plugins, perhaps there's a plugin for alternative displays of attached files? (Or, as an option, perhaps it wouldn't be expensive to pay a plugin developer to make a plugin like that?)

We have masters here from all walks of life (programming) . Maybe someone from us can do it, once we know what are the raw materials and steps.
