Android Question Library missing - dialogs

I was trying to run two B4A apps, just to see how it works, but I received the message:

The following libraries are missing: dialogs

Does anyone knows where I can get it?

Enter dialogs library in the Search box in the top right corner.
The third result gives you the location.
