Other Library Storehouse

I downloaded a B4A example and ran it only to discover it required a certain library. So I did a search for it.
After following some dead ends I was pointed to: Updates to internal libraries, which I thought must be the answer. But even there, I could not find the library I was looking for.
This just seams a bit strange to me. There must be something I am just not understanding, it can't be this complicated to find and download the latest libraries.
Is there not a storehouse of all the libraries somewhere?

I am looking for the ACToolBarLight library. But I have struggled to find other libraries before and thought there has to be a place somewhere where all the libraries are kept...Is there?

The library you are missing is Appcompat.
You can search the forum for the libraries you are missing, if you close b4a completely and open a project with missing libraries you should see a message box informing you about the names of the libraries you are missing.

No. There is a central point where all new libs are posted.
You can find all libraries using the forumsearch.
