Android Question List for selection items with few lines

I am using a list to show data with few fields so I wanna know what is the best option to show data using a List, I need 3 or 4 lines to put information and buttons

Any cluees for using the correct list process?

Best to use xCustomListView.

Can also consider to use B4XPreferencesDialog. Depends on your requirements.
