iOS Question loads on device then blinks off; says "try later"

Compiles ok, but the icon appears and then blinks off and system says
"Try again Later" (icon is dark and non-responsive)

note: This has worked countless times, but now fails:
note: can upload to itunes and itunes downloads to device normally.

have re-booted all 3 system a number of times and checked the ip address all are correct.
this started happening after using the apple simulator --- which works normally.

Does it happen when you compile in release mode as well?

in hosted mode (debug/release)
in local (apple mode) (degug/release)

all modes...opens and blinks?

Maybe your certificates have expired. Try to create a new certificate and provision profile.

could be but:

I have gone thru the process of compiling it to the apple computer and then uploading it to itunes
with no problem. it then is installed by testflight to me and to my others.
the problem exists for my other apps as well...

This is indeed strange. However the fact that it worked and then stopped working suggests that the problem is in the certificate.
