iOS Question Local server not start

have a mac with os high sierra 10.13.6 and xcode 10.1, when i start macserver 5.02, it not start.
The error message is :

Failed to find xcode version.

Help is appreciate !

you have to set in xcode which xcode version should be the current.

Have you ran Xcode at least once and installed the additional components?

Open terminal and run:

xcodebuild -version

What is the output?
