Bug? Localized error message with IDE set to English

I have my IDE set to English because I don't want to mess with translated error messages, that can't be found on online searches.
But sometimes some translated messages still appears in the log window.
Here is one, that I can't relate to:

[IDE message - 4:01:17]
An error occurred.
La raccolta è stata modificata. L'operazione di enumerazione potrebbe non essere eseguita.

This is not really a bug. It is an error that comes directly from Microsoft .Net Framework and it is localized.
