Location without a GPS

What is the difference between ABWifi.ABFoundLocation and LocationManager.requestMobileLocation
which one is better to use as far as accuracy and battery life for indoors.

Not an answer but a tag-on question! GPS can take quite a while to establish location even if the satellites are 'visible' and tends to knock the stuffing out of the battery, but for all sorts of purposes it's quite adequate to know where you are to within a mile or so - is there a quick and easy way of doing that?
