Lock your own library thread so that only the creator can create new comments

I asked such a question many years ago, but perhaps it will be possible in 2024.

Is it possible, at least with the libraries, that you can lock your own thread so that you can only add new comments yourself?

That way everyone who has a question is forced to open a new thread and saves having to point it out.
That way you can keep a thread organized and if someone has a question that has already been answered, they can find it in the search.

This should be the basic feature of the forum like ours.

I will check whether there is an add-on that can provide this feature. It isn't supported out of the box.
