B4R Question Lora and B4R

What I basically want to do is to connect by wifi or bluetooth (preferably both) to a smartphone, get a small message and relay it by LORA. Same thing the other way round, get from LORA a message and relay to a smartphone.

Is it possible? There is support for Lora and this functionality ?
