does it make sense to set the minimum Sdk version to 5?

Maybe we can set it manually to all projects, because I have to set the min SDK to 22 in every project.

You can create your own templates. Unzip Default.b4xtemplate (internal libraries folder).
Make the changes needed, create a new zip and put it in the additional libraries folder, with a different name.
