Android Question MinSDK for Google Play store

I have targetSDKversion set to API 33, but I am wonder if it still possible to set minSDKversion to 19 when you have admob or do you need to set minSDKversion to 21?

Most of Google services require Android 5 (21)+. If you set it to 19 then make sure to test your app on such device.

My all apps have Admob and the SDK target min = 23.
Checking the analytics, the Android 6.0 has less then 1% of installations.
I don't think that you get any valid revenue with setting target < 23.

Ads and everything does indeed work on 4.4.4, (actually it is the only place where i get proper save req wihotu ghosting files) but the problem I thnk is that the old systems do not ask before they serves ads. They just do it anywa and this crashes with the new EU law for ads. I think that is the reason why they increased the minimium API to API 21.
