Android Question Mirror view of screen

I would like to reflect my phone/tablet screen image onto a window (regardless of what app is running at the time), but in order to read the screen reflection on the window it obviously needs to be a mirror image. I have searched through all the commands and examples but have had no success finding such an app/feature. Any ideas where to start?

It is not possible to mirror the screen when another app is running.

Hello! This topic is important for me too. I need to start a service on device, so that the Android device works in mirror mode. After rebooting the device, everything returns to its normal state.
