MySql and HttpUtils2

I have been connecting to MySql databases for about a year using the old way - that is not using HttpUtils2 but I am not clear how to connect using HttpUtils2. I know it is really easy so that must be the problem... Where does the Login and password belong. I expect that a PHP script is required - where?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The MySQL tutorial was updated and it is now based on HttpUtils2. The PHP script was not changed.
