Navigation Drawer ?

Hi!

Since I had a double Harddisk crash, I have to rewrite my APP from scratch :sign0148:

So I saw the presentation of the Google I/O and I liked the "new" Navigation Drawer.
1) Design Guidelines
2) How to Create

As i have to write it from 0, and i haven't found anything on the forum yet, is there a way to cratea/use the navigation drawer with Basic4Android?

BTW: Is there also a way to use Fragments with B4A (for Phone/Tablet layout)?

You can create a similar menu with this class: http://www.b4x.com/forum/additional-libraries-classes-official-updates/18810-class-slidemenu.html

Or AHQuickAction library.

You will need to write a library in order to create a Fragment. Fragments are not really needed in Basic4android. You can create a solution using Panels. Here is one example:

@Informatix: Donation is done, now I'm trying to adapt your class to my needs (background darkens during slide etc...) It's a wonderfull class and a good programming style :icon_clap:

To people reading this, you can use Google's native navigation drawer with corwin42's library AHNavigationDrawer or using my ActionDrawer class.
