Android Question new user

I have done nothing but download and install to a new computer B4A. I have made an interface with few edittext boxes and a label and want to see how it looks. I get this error when I try to run the program which has had no code added. I removed the procedure that included the Button1 code.

Looks like a misconfigured Android SDK.
