Newbie's question: how to change FORM size?

I am pretty newbie just came here.
When tried to follow tutorial to create my first form, I noticed the main form (form1) size (height=264, width=240) are greyed so I not change that. I can change "screen size" and when run it under debug menu, it seems OK but when run on my mobile device it's size never changed (height=264, width=240).
How to change that?

Which device are you using (VGA or QVGA) ?

Unfortunately you cannot change the form's size on the device.
You can change it only on the desktop with screen size.

QVGA but landscape mode fixed.

On the device forms are always resized to the actual screen size.

It's Wince 5.0 GPS, 320x240 resolution.

Can you take a screenshot of a form running on your device (I'm not sure if it is possible to solve this problem, however a screenshot may be very helpful).
