Lyrics anyone?

Turn my machine on,
ready for some stuff.
Can't make it run,
this ain't no fun
Finally I got it run,
oh man, this was ruff.

Well, since the challenge is out...
A bit streched out, on music from "Let there be rock" by AC/DC (no, I'm not maniac..it's just that original lyrics seems to fit well):

In the beginning
Back in two thousand and five
Man didn't know 'bout the mobile code
And all that stuff
Some used C language
Others plain Pascal
No one knew what they was gonna do
But Erel brought us out the news
He said Let stop the taunt
No more taunt
Let there be B
There was B
Let there be 4
There was 4
Let there be X
There was X
Let there be code

GIMME....
Cheerleading? :)
Should we start auditions for any acrobats among our community members?
Hey, this could be an idea to spread the knowledge about B4X: we put together a team (soccer/basketball/runners..) and challenge teams advocating other languages!
PPS (Programmers Play Sports) World Championship . Or S4P (sport for programmers), although that looks too much SAP (good if they sponsor the event..hehe)

Right. Chosen sport: throwing confetti.
(Note for Italians: Confetti = Coriandoli, in English ?)

In Italian these are Confetti:

Ok, guys, this time I really exagerated...
You all know "Mack the Knife" from 1928 music drama The Threepenny Opera (original lyrics by Bertolt Brecht ).
Here it is our Community version (feel free to add/ammend):

Many languages' deadly mix
All that zeroes, ones or hex
Erel gave us B-4-X
Do you need now a super wrap
Our Manfred will close the gap

When a view starts to be a must
Alex Stolte and StarDust
For a webpage, study again
Masters Mashiane and Alain

UI/Graphics is your concern
Reading Klaus there's lot to learn
Are you a barcode ol' great fan
Just one name: Johan Schoeman

Needing some rest, well, a break
Luca/Mario shows the track
For some gaming, you know the man
search for a guy named Ilan

Peter Simpson's running bug
in his code you used to dug
Agraham plus Informatix
How to beat that superb mix

When it comes to databases
Oliver shows all his aces
Sound and music are Stevel home
Now you know, you're not alone

Having SQL - DB trouble
Enrique and KMatle
NJDude and HotShoe, dear
At any time they could appear

Many others are in the group
place your questions in the loop
Then yell out a strong, loud WOW
B-4-X , you got home now

@LucaMs : do you prefer :D
TV zapping, dreaming sex
Erel gave us B- 4 - X

No, sex is a bit inappropriate for an anthem..maybe
All that zeroes, ones or hex
or even
Projects piling on some decks

I take this opportunity to apologize to those whose names I pronounced badly (to fit the metrics and by ignorance). Same for those not mentioned. We have tens of special contributors to our Community; I just named those first few that came to my mind, afterall it was written in one go.

@udg, I think you should link the names of the persons you've named in the song. It's a very good description of the forum!!

Done. Now is time for a volunteer to add the remaining 105740 members.. :)
And eventually ask Sheldon Cooper (The Big Bang Theory) to design a flag for us..

Hehe. :-)
I ment to "mention" the users just to let them know they are here (maybe they aren't following this thread). But it could break the rhyme :-D

C'mon that one is too easy..

You know it's time
to break the rhyme
José suggest(s)
doing our best
another post
have no cost
don't be too shy
don't say goodbye

Maybe, once retired I should consider a carrer as a lyrics composer ... :D
