Android Question Notification on the lock screen: do not show. Only at top notification area

Some utility app should show a notification as usual at the top notification area, but these notification are not needed at the lock screen at all.
Android 7 lock screen settings do not allow to do these 2 conditions together. Maybe any settings in the notification inside the app code ?

Try to change the notification visibility to secret (-1).
