Android Question NumberDialog height is bigger than needed

Possible to update the dialog code for 240 pixel height display ?
Real screenshot - dialog is not well visible, but the emulator of the same size - the dialog looks OK :(
Real device is a snowboard glasses with Android 4.0 and 4?? X 240 pixel display.
