The only thing that you should consider are the libraries. Unless otherwise stated, libraries created by members are licensed with the Create Commons license: Creative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported — CC BY 3.0

Does this mean you can't use the official libraries in any apps distributed on the market?
If you can, how should the official libraries be accredited in the apps?

Also, how to accredit correctly for Creative Commons licensed libraries?
Shoud you name the author, the library, or both?
