Android Question Pb with V.5 & HttpUtilisServices

Iwant to upgrade an old program witth B4A V.5 but when I compile it is not possible it crashes. It was working fine with oldest B4A.
Error messages into attached files.
Where is the problem?

It should be

Sub Service_Start (StartingIntent As Intent)

End Sub
