Android Question Perform Outgoing call (internal)

Hi to all, any persons know perform Outgoing call (internal), because when is used "PhoneC1.Call" is launched one external app (for call), but i want perform one internall call without show info to user

He consulted because apparently calls (incoming and / or outgoing) affect the camera and smtp server, then look to see the ability to make internal calls that do not affect the camera or the SMTP server
